Business work has a memory. A request can wait for a customer, pause for review, cross several systems, and require a correction before completion. Our platform is designed around that operating reality.
Keep track of state
A workflow must distinguish received, prepared, awaiting review, approved, and completed work. Those states tell the team what happened and what is still required. Sanōva uses Temporal workflows to coordinate multi-step processes across application services.
A completed model response is not the same event as an approved estimate or a resolved support request.
Connect context to a bounded action
The useful context depends on the task: a repair record, an approved tip sheet, a project scope, or a customer conversation. An agent should use that context through the tools and actions allowed for its role. The application needs to show the result to the person responsible.
Make the evidence available where the decision is made, rather than burying it in a separate transcript.
Treat an integration as a contract
Agree the source, destination, accepted fields, access, and failure behavior. Receiving a file does not imply that the same system supports a native write-back API. A dependable handoff needs a specific, supported route and a record of its outcome.
Storm’s supported PDF ingestion and configured CCC EMS exchange are different connection paths.
Make the exception part of the experience
An unavailable provider or incomplete record should leave the team with a visible next step. Model fallback can help a supported task continue, while unresolved work still needs a clear owner. Recovery should preserve enough context for a person to understand what happened.
Do not ask the user to start over without knowing why the workflow stopped.
Build for the operator
The interface should surface the current state, relevant evidence, and next decision. The best screen often removes choices that are irrelevant to that moment. React interfaces, backend services, workflow orchestration, and human review are one experience from the operator’s point of view.
Measure how easily a person can complete the work—not how many features the screen contains.
A useful next step
Our platform combines owned application logic with selected infrastructure and models. The value is in how those pieces operate together.
