When you create an account, book a demo, or use our Services, we collect: name, email address, phone number, business name, and professional information. We also collect content you submit, including intake responses, vehicle information, and communications.
When you use our Services, we automatically collect usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent), device information (browser type, operating system, IP address), and log data (access times, referring URLs).
When customers interact with your AI intake agent via voice, SMS, or web chat, we collect and store transcripts and voice recordings of those interactions. This data is associated with your shop account and is used to operate the Services and generate session quality reviews.
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and improve our Services; process transactions and send related information; send communications you request; respond to your comments and questions; monitor and analyze usage trends; detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity; and comply with legal obligations.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@sanova.ai. We will honor deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Sanōva AI, LLC ("Sanōva," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with SMS (text message) communications facilitated through the Sanōva Storm platform.
Sanōva Storm facilitates SMS communications between shops and their customers, including: inbound customer inquiries via SMS; appointment confirmations and reminders; job status updates; and follow-up communications authorized by the shop operator.
End customers who text a shop's Storm-powered number provide consent by initiating contact. Shop operators who provide their own phone number to Sanōva AI for platform communications consent at the time of account creation and onboarding. We do not send unsolicited SMS messages.
Through SMS interactions, we may collect: phone numbers; message content; timestamps; and delivery status. This information is stored in association with the relevant customer record in the shop's Storm account.
SMS data is used to: operate the AI intake and communication features; generate conversation transcripts for quality review; associate customer contacts with their vehicle and job records; and improve the accuracy and performance of our AI models (in aggregate and anonymized form only).
SMS content and phone numbers are shared only with: the shop operator whose Storm account is associated with the communication; our SMS infrastructure provider (currently Twilio) for message delivery; and as required by law.
We do not sell SMS data or phone numbers to third parties, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
End customers can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. They can also reply HELP for assistance. Upon receiving a STOP request, that number will receive no further messages from that shop's Storm number, except a single confirmation of the opt-out.
Shop operators may disable SMS features from within their Storm account settings or by contacting support@sanova.ai.
Message frequency varies based on customer interaction and shop configuration. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.
Sanōva AI operates SMS communications in compliance with A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) requirements established by U.S. mobile carriers. Our campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) as required. This ensures deliverability and compliance with carrier policies.
SMS message logs and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. Shop operators may request earlier deletion of their customers' SMS data by contacting privacy@sanova.ai.
SMS data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to SMS logs is restricted to authorized users within the shop's Storm account, subject to role-based access controls.

By creating an account or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Sanōva Storm is an AI-powered operations platform for automotive repair shops, including paintless dent repair (PDR), hail damage, and collision repair. Services include AI intake agents, scheduling tools, estimate audit features, shop floor management, technician pay tracking, a mobile application, and related tools as described on our website.
You must create an account to use most features. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; maintain the security of your credentials; notify us immediately of unauthorized access; and be responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; use the Services to transmit unsolicited commercial messages; reverse engineer the Services; or use the AI features to make false, misleading, or fraudulent representations to consumers.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Services, including all software, designs, text, and AI models, are owned by Sanōva AI, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant Sanōva a limited license to use your data solely to operate and improve the Services.
Our AI intake agents, estimate audit tools, and other AI-powered features are designed to assist shop operations, not replace professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions, including estimate supplements submitted to carriers. Sanōva AI makes no warranty that AI outputs are error-free or complete.
By enabling voice or SMS features, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to receive communications via those channels. You are responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws governing electronic communications.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANOVA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SANOVA AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Austin, Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property claims. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
