Your estimators keep working in the tools they know — Storm just makes the data better in both directions.
What carrier estimate formats does Storm accept?+
Storm imports CCC ONE estimates directly, plus Mitchell, Audatex, MTRX, standard PDF, and CIECA EMS bundles. The AI parser turns any of these into structured line items for scrubbing — then pushes the corrected version back out as a native EMS bundle.
Can multiple techs work the same vehicle?+
Yes. Multi-tech jobs split the work across PDR techs and a dedicated R&I tech — each sees only their assigned lines, and the car closes only when the full crew marks their work complete. Pay is calculated per technician automatically.
Does Storm work for multi-location or mobile operations?+
