SANŌVAAPPLIED AI & ENGINEERING
Business understanding. Engineering depth.

Built by people who
connect ideas to execution.

Sanōva is an applied AI and engineering company. We combine commercial experience and technical depth to turn important business problems into practical, working systems.

Why Sanōva

Technology earns its place
in the work it improves.

We see the same challenge across industries: the tools exist, but the information, decisions, and next actions are still disconnected. That gap is where customers wait, teams repeat themselves, and good opportunities stall.

Sanōva brings AI and software engineering together around those moments. We start with how a business operates, then design the intelligence, interfaces, and integrations that help people move the work forward.

Our work spans automotive repair, healthcare, construction, roofing, and real estate. The domains are different. The discipline is consistent: understand the context, engineer the workflow, and measure what changes.

Jason Sanders, Founder and CEO of Sanōva

Jason Sanders

Founder / Chief Executive Officer

Jason leads Sanōva’s vision, commercial strategy, and customer partnerships. His background spans enterprise technology, consulting, and business development, including Dell, Headspring / Accenture, and Praxent. A Marine Corps veteran with an MBA, he brings a practical operator’s perspective to identifying where technology can create business value.

Jason’s perspective

Start with the outcome people care about. Then connect the technology, the workflow, and the business model that can deliver it.

Jeff Webber, Co-Founder and CTO of Sanōva

Jeff Webber

Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer

Jeff leads Sanōva’s technology architecture and engineering. Previously CTO at IntelliGuard, his experience includes software architecture, embedded systems, and healthcare technology, including RFID-enabled medication workflows. He brings deep engineering experience to AI orchestration, integrations, and systems designed to operate beyond the demo.

Jeff’s perspective

The intelligence needs a dependable system around it: clear boundaries, durable workflows, observable behavior, and a path for the human decision.

How we work

Close to the business.
Accountable for the engineering.

01

Ask better questions.

Understand the operating reality, the people, and the constraints before prescribing an answer.

02

Make the system usable.

Design the experience and the architecture together, so the work makes sense on both sides of the screen.

03

Keep learning from the work.

Observe actual usage and outcomes. Refine the workflow as the business and the evidence change.

Let’s work on something that matters.

Bring us your operating challenge. You’ll have a conversation grounded in the business and the engineering.

Let’s find the opportunity
